PalmGuard - innovative protection of palm trees from red weevils

It is a compact autonomous device placed on the trunk of a palm tree. Palmguard performs two functions simultaneously-monitoring and protection.
The device provides an electrostatic protective barrier. According to scientific research, it is known that an electrostatic field with specific parameters can repel insects.
For monitoring, an acoustic channel is used to diagnose the possible presence of harmful insects of the family "Rhynchophorus ferrugineus"("red palm weevil").
